The guy has been a consummate professional -- languished beyond RGIII for years, stepped in largely when things were pretty bleak and did ok (not great) and was always great about accepting his role. He then seized the chance after beating RGIII out in training camp and has shown continued improvement since. Plays with emotion and seems well liked and respected by teammates.
