To be fair Brock Osweiler has started 17 regular season games in his entire career. He lacks experience. I am not saying he will be a star or that he will fail. But not to long ago when we had QB's that lacked experience, we had the same issues. Even with KC. Not all QB's can jump for college to NFL and play well. A few can. J. Not 100% sure not watching tons of film on Carr, but to me it looks like Cousins has the better arm and a very quick release. When Cousins is in rhythm he gets the ball off almost immediately.
