They could bring Sonny Jurgensen down from the radio booth and suit him up. He's a Hall of Famer!
Honestly listening to him sometimes calling the game is too good to risk it. He is the biggest Skins fan and gets so pissed off when they lose. Lol. If anything Id love to get Sonny on a warpath gameday thread. Hahaha

Never heard the two of them. Lol. I listen occasionally on sirius when i cant get in front of a game. But I can only imagine. I would seriously love to have him as a guest poster on one gameday thread. He would go full meltdown. Haha.

What happens if kirk has a slightly above average year (throws say 16 picks and 18 td's.. do you pay him the huge money? or offer average money and risk he will walk. how many of you would sign him today for 20 million a year?

I think that even if he has an average year we are going to overpay. It's the nature of the QB position. We either pay or someone else will. I would lock him long term.

I would sign him today no doubt. As far as when that time actually comes? Are we winning? What did he do in big spots? There is more to it than just stats. That being said, it is nearly impossible to find a great qb who is going to be there for ten -15 years and go to the hall. It is hard to just find an above average one who can win you games for a few/ several years. Im signing him.

3 years between 18 and 23 per. 2 years optional. In my opinion, he's not elite, but he's likely consistent if we continue to have excellent position players around him.
In the mean time, you draft a quarterback between rounds 2 and 4 in the next 2 years to take the helm should he fail.

I watched Sudfeld in college a handful of times. Seemed pretty decent because IU didn't exactly have studs all around him. Big kid too.

Kirk is going to be good as long as he has this system and players around him. He's not a franchise QB but he's always going to be a top 15 QB IMO. Which is good enough to get a good contract.
