So who do you believe? Kirk or Chris Cooley? I know what I saw with my own eyes and believe Kirk.
"He was a great teammate throughout the season and supportive, and he had a lot of experience having played a lot and was able to be a big help to me. So, it was a positive thing. ... It was a good relationship and I've always felt that way."
Kirk Cousins, on his relationship with Robert Griffin III.
But SF, that doesn't get clicks or get Cooley's name in the papers. Cooley is like most millennials, "look at me, look at me, I need attention, look at me"

Cousins is not the type of person (IMO) that would saying anything negative about anyone publically . . . regardless of what the situation really was

Not turning on him at all ... just not buying the "its not about the money" schtick. Which I dont even blame him for saying bc that is what he is supposed to say .... get off my lawn!!
Well, as Matty said, money plays its part - only smart to earn as much you can while you can, but, at the same time, if it was a really a motivator, then why sign the tender immediately?
Seems to me he basically said, "Okay guys, I'm not going to haggle with you or play the 'who blinks first' game. I know my value and am going to put up or shut up. Next year, after I do my thing, show up with what I know to be my value and I'll be here for a good long while."

I do not understand the Cooley hate. I guess it is because he did not kiss RG3's arse.

Kinda sad really. With the substance abuse issues he's had it wouldn't be shocking if he was. If you're an owner of a NFL team you should hold yourself to the highest responsibility, and if you've ever read his Twitter feed he's solidly established himself as the "drunk uncle" of the NFL.

Guys that go through the equivalent of a car wreck every Sunday can't smoke a joint and this rich prick who has every opportunity to get the best rehab in the world walks around showing the world what an idiot he is.
Sympathy should be reserved for kids with cancer.

Of course it's about money. He can't come out and say that. He is one of the most likeable guys that I can ever remember putting on a Redskin uniform. But when it comes down to it, he's also a business man come contract time.
