mooby 02-08-2016, 01:24 AM Disappointed in Cam with this shit interview. If he wants to be the "leader" on this team, he needs to suck it up on tough losses and stand in there like a man. Stop being a pouty bitch and grow the fuck up. He's still immature as hell and it's time he grows up. Stop this dabbing bullshit. Stop the superman shit. Win games and face the music win you lose. For the record, I hated it when Aaron Rodgers did that stupid ass championship belt shit too.

Not sure if you remember what it felt like when you were 26, but I'm giving Cam a pass for this interview. If you have a handbook on how to be mature enough to handle easily the worst professional night of your life at that age you should get that on the market quick. It's clear despite the strides Cam has made as a quarterback he still has more to learn, but that's ok. He's young and talented enough that he probably still has a great shot at returning to another SB, and as time has proven again and again anything can happen. Tonight was just another step in his learning experience.
I can't fault him for wearing his heart on his sleeve. Obviously the NFL is a business and they make it mandatory to stick the winners and losers in front of a microphone every post game, but I believe the NFL could learn a thing or two about personal limits as well. Did you see the close up shot of (I believe, not totally sure) Josh Norman on the sideline crying? Give the team their appropriate space, but make it clear they have to do the interviews at some point. I am confident if you were a player in the league and they tried to stick you in front of the cameras immediately after losing the game (that you've worked your ass off to get to for most of your entire life) you'd probably be upset too. The NFL doesn't even allow the moment to sink in before the cameras are recording your reaction.
mooby 02-08-2016, 01:28 AM Von Miller really was the difference tonight. He deserved the MVP.
Feel bad for Pat Bowlen, he must be in bad shape.
Yeah me too. If he can't travel anymore I'm sure it's gotta be serious. At least he gets to enjoy another SB win though.
As for Von Miller, he was obviously very deserving of the award, but if coaches were eligible too I think Wade Phillips would've had a strong case. He literally came up with a game plan that stopped the two hottest quarterbacks in their tracks this year in the 2 most crucial games of the season. All I could think watching the game tonight was "damn, that could've been our defense." Hope Joe Barry was taking notes tonight, between Seattle/Denver it's clear the quickest way to a championship is to build a SB-caliber defense, rather than hope that a Tom Brady falls into your lap.

There are a lot of young QBs that have lost big time games like this and they didn't act like he did. It's not easy by any means, but a leader endures it and takes it like a man. Like I said, he has a lot of growing up to do. No passes are giving on stupid shit like this. I seriously doubt you'd see Kirk Cousins doing shit like that.
Chico23231 02-08-2016, 08:11 AM Did Peyton really kiss the Papa's Johns dude? That was... interesting.
Ha, that was like the first guy he looked for too!

You would never see a class act like Russell Wilson-27 years old- act like a flat out bitch like cam. But cam is who cam is...personalities like his keep the league interesting. When he is high, smiling, dabbing everything is a good time...and his lows are like this. He's done this throughout his career. I would like to see him mature, but I want cam to be cam. He will figure it out.
htownskinfan 02-08-2016, 08:55 AM Seriously. During the incomplete pass challenge I felt like I was the only one who saw the ball touch the ground, then become loose and wiggle around in there. It was damn obvious. And then it felt like Nantz/Simms were trying to cover for Carey by saying it looked like a good catch. I used to think Carey was a good ref, but his whole stance on our name combined with the fact that he's terrible at predicting challenges has me convinced he's overrated.
I was with Carey,I didn't think it touched the ground
Looked like a catch to me. But these days you might as well flip a coin to decide.
WRSK1NS 02-08-2016, 09:31 AM Did Payton get paid to say he'll be drinking Budweiser tonight? That's twice he did that.
Apparently he was paid to say that, I am really disappointed with that. How much money does he need, he's already made and got millions. Kind of came across as cheesy to me.

I'm sure he will learn from this. Marshall Faulk had a very interesting take on this, which I'm sure no one will care about. He talked about being a young guy, after losing a Super Bowl, and doing the same thing as Cam; and saying that just like he learned from that mistake, Cam will learn from this mistake.

I'm with Mooby, to me it clearly looked like it hit the ground, and then moved as he rolled over
