that deal is terrible. bradford just isn't good. normally i'd be happy, cause f the iggles, but when we've got a QB to sign, that's an awful comparable.

I'd advocate resigning him for at least a two year deal if he is resigned to be a career backup. I doubt he has a lot of other options at this point. I always agreed w/ Joe Gibbs as he believed that the 2nd most important guy on your team is the backup QB. McCoy runs the offense pretty well and my guess is this is the best place for him. Before his offensive line aged, I remember watching him sit back there, make a sandwich, toast the bread, wait for it to cool down and then the seven minutes later his receivers had to get open, he'd throw the ball. | |
