Please define effective passer from the pocket. We may have a different definition. To me, before this year, his passing numbers we average at best. 59.4 perfect completion rate 82 TD and 54 Int.
Well ... First ..... It means nothing to be ROY if that is your only good year and you are referred to as a one year wonder. However....if ROY is in addition to an MVP year .... (See Cam Newton) ...than it means alot. It means based on those two years alone he is not a one year wonder. Thats the only reason i pointed it out.
Second....I was completely agreeing with you about him having his first really good year passing...by "long haul" I meant going forward.
