11. Washington Redskins (12th)
Pass-blocking rank: 13th
Run-blocking rank: 15th
Penalties rank: 12th
Stud: Maybe not his best season, but still a lot better than most. Trent Williams showed why he got the new deal.
Dud: After an impressive enough run, it was surprising to see Kory Lichtensteiger struggle so much before he was put on the shelf injured.
Summary: Washington is reaping the rewards of some good drafting. Trent Williams is a lynchpin on the line, but the pleasant surprise is Morgan Moses looking like a longtime starter, while rookie first-rounder Brandon Scherff finished the year incredibly strong. Heading in the right direction.

Eagles signed Zach Ertz today to a 5-year $42.5M extension with $20M guaranteed. So that's an average of $8.5M per year.
Ertz finished with 75 receptions for 853 yards, which rank 6th and 7th respectively amongst tight ends this year.
This is pertinent because Reed will be a free agent in 2017. Have to figure Reed deserves $10M per year. He's definitely better than Ertz.

Reed needs to stay healthy for a full season before he gets $$$$$$$
His price will only go up from here. I'd look to sign him this year.

Garcon and DJax will be back. Their salary numbers are close to market value for starting WR's.
Crabtree got $35 million over four years with $19 million guaranteed.

sadness for our cap. the problem is this year felt like the only time he was healthy and i think he still missed games. once he gets paid does he revert to the guy that refuses to play with a stubbed toe?
I do like him, and i'd err on the side of paying him, but his injury history is still a concern.

I wouldnt be so sure.
Garcon isnt getting any younger and Jackson is fragile and did some stupid stuff this year.
Just because the money is good doesnt mean we need to stick.

Pretty sure McLovin likes him.

Good luck getting either to take a cut. Both are earning what they would on the open market. We'll probably ride with them again this year and part ways the next.
