J. Falcon 01-06-2016, 12:35 PM BTW, I suppose that these prognosticators who were mentioned in the article haven't noticed that we're undefeated at home this season despite our supposedly lukewarm fans. Well, the fans will come through in this game. You can count on it!
Sorry to remind you but we lost the opener at home to the lowly Dolphins.

I agree with your sentiment, but we're 6-2 at home this year.
We're undefeated, if you don't count the Miami and Dall-ass games.
But, I think your point is valid...we've proved to be a tough opponent, but we're especially dangerous at home.

J. Falcon 01-06-2016, 12:44 PM Damn, I forgot the Cowgirls game
skinsfaninok 01-06-2016, 12:53 PM I think the playoffs won't have the top seeds make it like the last couple seasons. Denver is good but manning just doesnt play well in the playoffs for some reason. Carolina is inexperienced and that makes a difference
NoCalHail 01-06-2016, 01:08 PM It's one thing to pick Green Bay, but the arguments made in that article are obviously coming from someone who doesn't watch much of the 'Skins.....
"You keep waiting for the bad Cousins to show up; turnover traits are in play" Oh really? I was one of Kirk's biggest critics early in the season because of his turnovers, but those "turnover traits" have all but gone away. It doesn't mean he will never throw a pick again, and if we were playing Seattle, a team I'd expect to produce a lot tighter coverage and perhaps be able to disguise their defense a lot better then yeah I could understand those comments, but what leads "experts" to think Kirk will be a turnover machine against this Packers defense?
I think when it comes down to it, a lot of these analysts are just defaulting to Aaron Rodgers in the Wildcard game as being reason enough to pick the packers. They think Aaron Rodgers alone can make up for the rest of the Packers's deficiencies regardless of how any of the other matchups go.
kingj 01-06-2016, 01:16 PM Looks like Vegas is getting more bets from packers fans lol

In a QB league, most will do that. I assume just about every pundit will pick GB just because of Rodgers. But we are good at home and GB is struggling right now. Their OL and receivers are not what they have had in the past so I dont think it will be as easy as a lot think it will. Their defense has a good pass rush but not much else. If our OL can keep KC clean, I think we have a good chance of extending our season.
That Guy 01-06-2016, 01:47 PM i don't understand how haynesworth can still be so bitter. he stole $100m and he's acting like he's not the bad guy. it's been 6 years, move on.

People can rationalize anything. No one ever thinks they are the bad guy.

Yeah, my wife reminded me of that fact earlier. As much as I tried to forget those losses, I have to admit the truth. As you said, the point is we're good at home.
