Oh yeah, I suppose our awful run blocking has zero to do with limiting a RB who has no speed? STFU Carriker.

I don't know if they are limiting Morris by design or not. It does seem like they are limiting his touches...Morris is in a contract year and he deserves to paid like an elite running back given what he's done overall since his rookie season.

So the argument is what? Redskins want to get Morris back cheap so they want him to be of no value across the league?

I believe it to be more of a...mathematical issue.

While I think this is bogus, the only thing that gives me a slight pause is how the game after Morris had 121 yds, it seems that the team went out of its way to limit his touches in the game against St. Louis.

Either there is someone really good on the team management that saw a possible decline in his production or the whole plan was to phase him out. I don't have a problem if they wanted to phase him out, but I feel like maybe they could have traded him to another team for something.

Regardless, I doubt he'll be back next year. I hope the team lets him walk so he can compete for the starting job on another team.

Honestly I'm not sold on Matt Jones; to me outside of some good screen passes, he has been just slightly better than Morris. I can see his explosiveness...but the fumbles are a concern. But who knows with a better line, then again you could say the same for Morris.

You know what is going to be funny in a not funny way. When RG3 and Morris both end up on the same team and they play together like they did in 2012 (and they do it for the next 10 years).

It seems to me that whenever I see Morris get the ball he looks slow. I think a plodding back who is not really a pass receiving threat works well in this offense. I dont think he will be a Redskin next year.

Well I'll state the obvious and say it will really suck if he leaves and goes to dallass and rips it up. They have a great O-line that's getting wasted right now.
