They've drafted extremely well and have an identity on both sides of the ball.

Having 3 elite players doesn't hurt either:

QB Cam Newton
LB Luke Kuechly
CB Josh Norman

Kwann Short is working to get himself in that elite category as well.

The Panthers pass rush is also so serious, imagine if they still had Greg Hardy
