Redskins release Kai Forbath, sign Dustin Hopkins

While I'm not ready yet to say the switch Hopkins was a good move, I will say that so far, I was impressed on Sunday with the way he kicked.

Seeing that one kick go deep into the seats helped get me on board. That 46 yard field goal looked great. He seems like he's a competitive kid too. As long as he doesn't have any weird consistency issues, I'd say that's one more position that is fixed for now..

I hate praising anyone on this team anymore because as soon as I do, they start becoming damn near worthless.
