Its that time of the year again. You know, that month or so you spend compulsively sitting in front of your big ass TV playing madden while drawing the growing ire of your neglected wife and child.

I'm picking up the Deluxe copy after I hit the gym today. I've heard it's so-so but will be better once the patch comes out.
Looking forward to the new DB/WR play.

wish they still did pc releases.
Definitely the best looking Madden to date, having fun with it so far. Which console are you guys playing on?

Soooo, I picked up a PS4 about a year ago. Do I bite the bullet and pick up the new madden?
I stayed away from last years, as I'm wary at first edition of next gen games (I thought NHL 15 was pretty weak). Is this a good one to buy?
Also, I'm amped for NHL 16 in a couple of weeks, and Rocket League is the greatest game ever made.
Madden 15 was pretty good, 16 is better

I'm having a hard time working the pass system, which I like. (I enjoy a challenge). I played my first franchise game, Fins v. Skins and I got absolutely hammered. 20 to 3. RG3 was something like 4/17 for 50 something yards and 2 INTS. His accuracy is terrible and passing while on the run makes it even worse. I ended up pulling him in the 4th for McCoy. He at least didn't throw like a scatter gun all over the field.
It's such a learning curve I'm thinking about cranking the difficulty down til I get the hang of it.

i got ps3. the graphics dont look much better than 15 so i assume the madden team didnt invest as much money developing the ps3 versus the ps4. if they are trying to force me to buy a ps4, its working.
I started on "pro" level and def need to move it up. i won my first game something like 27 to 7.
interceptions are a little to easy but at "pro" level.
i like the refined trench play as a D line guy going against the O line. seems better, smoother.
tackling seems easier, kinda hard to miss .. but at the pro level.
