Puzzling. Despite superior production when it counts people like Kirk more because he has a stronger arm and they perceive him as potentially being more then a back-up, even though right now he's a back up same as Colt.
Best QB on our roster for the current team and system30gut 08-28-2015, 09:28 PM Puzzling. Flyer97 08-28-2015, 10:23 PM Kirk Cousins is the best QB on the team That is why we are pretty much going to be stuck in 4th place in the NFC East again. It is a sad day when you have to look fondly back to having the likes of Gus Frerotte as your QB. Hell, I would take JC back even. MSU QBs do not make good starters in the NFL. Hog1 08-28-2015, 10:40 PM JC?? Wow.......it's getting ugly skinsfaninok 08-28-2015, 10:56 PM No i definitely would take KC over JC any day skins89moss 08-29-2015, 01:56 AM I believe that Kirk is being underrated by many people. He looks improved to me and I think that he'll perform well if given the chance. Well you get your wish he will start against the Ravens. Chico23231 08-29-2015, 09:21 AM JC?? Wow.......it's getting ugly More like completely idiotic. MTK 08-29-2015, 09:29 AM Even Shane Matthews and Danny W looked good during preseason when the Ole Ball Coach was HC. Colt didn't exactly light up the scoreboard against the Cowboys, just didn't screw up or turn the ball over. You know you are hurting at QB when even Tony Banks or Gus Frerotte might be considered an improvement to your QB stable. Good ol GusFrerotte back at it again. Didn't take long to sell yourself out. skinsnut 08-29-2015, 10:13 AM I say it is time to try Jordan Reed at QB...(played qb at Florida) At least he wont get hurt all the time like RG3 :) Hog1 08-29-2015, 11:57 AM Good ol GusFrerotte back at it again. Didn't take long to sell yourself out. there has been a.....certain familiarity Schneed10 08-30-2015, 09:19 AM I think after seeing last night I'll be happy if we ride with Kirk. The Suggs interception is yet another example of what we'll get, he sometimes just flat doesn't see defenders when they're in surprising places. But the ball comes out at the top of his drop, in rhythm, like it's supposed to. I have no doubt Kirk will be among the league leaders in INTs, but at least the offense can operate like it's supposed to. Robert doesn't turn it over quite the same, but every play breaks down. Not to mention the drama and headaches. Just give me Captain Kirk and move on with life. |
