It might be an easy decision when "you" are not the owner who gave up tons of draft picks and money for him. If I recall you were one of the ones who really wanted RGIII on this team. Man, how times have changed. Remember at the time what I said about RGIII? RGIII=Michael Vick, Vince Young, Slash, etc.

Most everyone here was fine with the draft picks given for him and are now complaining, such is life.

The cost to get Griffin is waste at this point. Snyder is resisting probably because he has a personal relationship with Griffin, which is really stupid. Cooke would never have done such a thing, be buddies with the players. In the end it's business and he needs to treat it as such.

Gruden is a doofus, and I could see this going really wrong. I think Griffin is done either way, I think he was done after the second ACL tear.

Snyder probably wants to get something from Griffin; similar to the Haynesworth situation when they refused to just cut him. It's funny that you mentioned that it is a business, because that'd be the businessman train of thought. I think the personal relationship is overblown. RG3 will be gone as soon as he's healthy; I think the FO will need to convince Snyder that they'll get nothing back from him and that it is better to cut their loses.
