As long as Scot is here, I don't think we need to worry about taking a step backwards due to a new coach wanting different types of players than the ones Scot already acquired in order to fit a significantly different system. That's because Scot would surely select a new coach whose philosophy meshes with his own and most of the current players would fit into any new system. Consistency is meaningless with the wrong coach in charge. I wouldn't mind if Scot were to change HC's as necessary until he gets the right one to lead this team for the next ten or more years. I think the key to our future success is keeping Scot and letting him determine the right HC coach for this team.
