6 years, 30 mil, 11m signing bonus. Look for it on ESPN under Lenny in a few hours.

At least it's his rumor. Take it for what you will.

I hate Lenny Pasta. Am I alone?

I'm glad the guy may finally grace the team with his presence. Still, why is it that the team discovers the phrase fiscal responsibility when a quality class-act like Pierce wants more money, but then overpays a solid yet unremarkable wide receiver w/the makings of an attitude problem? Baffling ...

No, you're not. I don't like his writings, but his radio interviews are OK. Atleast the times I've listened to him he hasn't been as negative towards the Skins as he is in print.

They're not, Hijinx. Find me a team in the league that has been able to manage their cap better than us. The patriots are the only team you can argue, in my opinion, and since they're winning people play for cheaper to play for them.

TN is much worse off than we are.

I agree 110%. We were supposed to have been in Cap hell since 2002, and each year, we seem to be able to operate just fine. Once again, I'm not saying I agree with the money shelled out for him, but I agree with you about managing the cap.

Eagles.
They haven't been within a mile of their cap for a decade and they have made it to at least the NFC Championship game for four straight years.

Same coach, same QB.

I think that Snyder is starting to recognize this. I don't think he minds spending every penny of the cap. The team makes plenty of cash. They always seem to be able to pay for the player they want but only as much as they deem he is worth. The problem is that they don't always understand what a player is worth...

no. even though they were both holding out, just because moss got his handled doesn't mean taylor will get his handled. in fact, this is probably gonna make taylor think they will meet his demands.

Well i guess that they are really happy that they got T.O cheep now that he descided he doesn't want to play, isn't Westbrook doing the same thing?:party-smi :smashfrea :frusty:

but otherwise you are right they did a good job and that is why they are good

This deal is fine. it is good. i don't think we overpaid. other sites say 25 or 26.25 so we don't know it all and we will wait for the big announcement. If it is in the 25 range it is a great deal at 31 i think that it is fine. and i don't think that this will spur up Taylor and give him any backing. What backing will he have? You guys signed a player that just joined the team? I just think it may leave him all alone in critism

BY THE WAY AT WIZ TIME THE WIZ AREW WINNING BY 14!!
