NOT TAKING A KNEE
Bad news for the NFC East, and all the other Redskins opponents. Washington linebacker LaVar Arrington's (http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/187383) knee, which underwent surgery in early April, is better than it has been at any point in the past year. He will be ready for training camp in late July, and there is an outside chance he will be ready for the June minicamp. But at this point, the questions that lingered about his knee from a month ago have vanished.
watch out drew your in for some trouble this season heheh. :biggthump

Good news indeed. Now, who should be the next NFC East QB to have his career ended by the Man? I'm voting for McNabb, but watching Eli get crunched would be fun too.

Wow, Eli having his career ended THIS early?!
THAT would be crazy. I have a feeling he can be just as good as Peyton.

I can't see Eli EVER being the QB his brother is. Theses are not the Detmer brothers we are discussing!

I actually thought the Eagles were going to take care of that for us last year when they delivered that unbelievable hit on him.
I agree, he's got a ton of potential. I just don't like him from the way he handled draft day last year. No rookie should have any say as to where they get to play, I don't care what name gets stitched on the back of the jersey.

Something makes me think Lavar's atittude will improve now that he is finally starting to see his knee heal hopefully for good!

All those cowgirl offseason moves won't matter a lick once Lavar comes around left tackle and blindsides Drew and picks up the fumble and runs it back for a td sealing the Redskins monday night victory in Dallas!!! Hey, a guy can dream.

that's a dream a lot of redskins fan share. i can just see it now. the headlines read
"Redskins drought in Dallas over" and underneath the sub headline says
"Arrington ends Bledsoe's career on the game winning fumble return for a td"
and the article will read something like this
"the redskins won in dallas for the first time in years. They were down 21-18 with 1:00 to go and dallas had the ball at the skins' five yard line. When newly revived Lavar Arrington stepped in, sacked Drew Bledsoe in the same way Joe Theismann's career ended, forced and picked up a fumble and returned it 90 yards for the game winner. This will have been two all pro quarterbacks that have had their careers ended by the notorious playmaker, the first being Troy Aikman, who incidentally, played for Dallas also."
you can always dream.
