Hey, why are you on this team?davy 04-09-2015, 02:24 PM Griffin. He is a huge burden to the team and needs to be jettisoned asap. skinsfan69 04-09-2015, 02:55 PM Griffin. He is a huge burden to the team and needs to be jettisoned asap. Did anyone hear him the other day on Larry Michael? I had to turn it off cause I just can't listen to Griffin talk. He honestly thinks the team revolves around him. He is such an egomaniac, and I'd be fine with it if he could play, but he can't. over the mountain 04-09-2015, 03:07 PM if i heard the same sound bite you did ... RG3 uses a lot of cliche "take care of the small details and the big things will come", "trying to be the best that I can be", "all I can worry about is what i can control to help this team win". he does sound depressed and jaded. hes a complicated dude. a good bit self-inflicted .... but sensitive. SFREDSKIN 04-09-2015, 05:37 PM What are some of you going to say about Griffin if he succeeds? Man, some people here turn on someone quickly. Evilgrin 04-09-2015, 06:53 PM Perry Riley deserves a few votes. That Guy 04-10-2015, 01:25 AM jerry rice jr. seriously man, it's time to put up or shut up. NYCskinfan82 04-10-2015, 08:20 AM What are some of you going to say about Griffin if he succeeds? Man, some people here turn on someone quickly. Amen my brother. HailGreen28 04-10-2015, 10:41 AM What are some of you going to say about Griffin if he succeeds? Man, some people here turn on someone quickly.I will cheer for him just like in 2012. Trouble is, he supposedly doesn't want to play like it's 2012. skinsguy 04-10-2015, 11:16 AM if i heard the same sound bite you did ... RG3 uses a lot of cliche "take care of the small details and the big things will come", "trying to be the best that I can be", "all I can worry about is what i can control to help this team win". he does sound depressed and jaded. hes a complicated dude. a good bit self-inflicted .... but sensitive. He does speak in cliche a lot, doesn't he? I understand what he's trying to do. He wants to remain positive, he wants to keep conflict to a minimum, but you're right, he does sound a big depressed and jaded. I love RGIII, though, I want him to succeed so badly - and of course succeed as a Redskin. With that said, I'm afraid what might, ultimately, be best for III and the Redskins is for them to part ways. That's why I no longer see a future with him on this team past 2015. Heck, I still wouldn't put it past the 'skins to trade him on draft day. We all know the 'skins won't pick up his fifth year option, so what message does that send to Robert? Personally, I know he's having a hard time dealing with that mentally. With that said, regardless of what happens in this up and coming year, I think Robert will be gone. As for others...well, Polumbus was the one that I always questioned why he was still on the team. He's now gone. LeRibeus is another one. Probably anyone on that offensive line not named Trent Williams. Honestly though, when you look at it, Scot McCloughan is doing a pretty good job of limiting this question.
