With all the new coaches that are here, I really hope Snyder stays patient and gives Gruden 3 years. This isn't a playoff team in 2015.

I agree with you 100% on this. Blowing up everything after next season would be the worst thing that Snyder could possibly do with this organization. It is past time to establish stability and lay the foundation for long-term success.

First time HC last year, live and learn. Plus with a real GM in place that helps.

Matty, you say so much with few words. Surrounding the young HC with good people is the way to achieve stability and success. With a strong organization supporting him, Jay Gruden just needs to be a good leader and decision maker for us to win.

Why isn't it the same for RGIII or Cousins a good OL around them maybe.

Well that hasn't happened. We have a mediocre o-line, terrible special teams, and inconsistent defense. We're the anti-Seahawks.

i think the seahawks O line (talent wise) is below average. Unger is a premium player but was injured. i dont think he has played all year. Okung you dont hear much about him which its usually a good thing but i dont think he is pro bowl caliber or in TW's level.

will be interesting to see what seattle looks like 2 years from now after RW gets biggest NFL contract ever and thomas, sherman etc. contracts start accelerating.

Yeah, Im mean we probably have bottom third of the league Oline. Seattle has a fairly average Oline, a top ten RB (maybe top 5), and bottom 5 receiving corp....but Wilson is average (yeah right)

I'll take Seattle's o-line anytime over our o-line.

Wilson is a top 15/top 10 QB statistically speaking. Seattle has surrounded him with good talent and he has taken advantage of that talent to become one of the better QBs in the league.

Seattle is probably one of the most complete teams in the NFL right now. Hence being able to win a playoff game when they turned the ball over 5 times.

i do covet an elite center - unger, mack pouncey. i think center is so important but still somewhat undervalued in contract terms. most bang for your buck. (that saying had to start in a texas whore house)

but out of both O lines, Trent williams is the only bonafide building block stud. the rest of the guys on both teams are replaceable. for trent alone, i take the skins - keep trent and lich - cut the rest.

maybe the seahawks guards are good and im totally overlooking them. i honestly dont know. our guards do suck. we probably have the worst guard roster of any team. .. . .
