i don't remember any of this but i cannot blame you. and i was on the torain wagon!
The game was infamous for two reasons: 1) it was McNabbs last start as a Redskin, and 2) we had scored the ball at the last second to end the game, and instead of getting the easy point after, which would have sent us into OT, our punter botches the snap catch and the ball was sent back flying to the 40yd line.

If we don't move him, it won't be for lack of trying. I can tell you that with 95% certainty
Very interesting. Can't say I would be particularly upset.

i camt see them getting rid of RG3 unless they have either a proven QB that they trade for or unless they draft MM? neither of which would surprise me and in either case RG3 would definetly be gone.

I can hardly believe that the RGIII saga has come to this. In his first year, his play rejuvenated the franchise and earned him the ROY award. Now, it seems like we can't wait to get rid of him.
It will soon be just another miserable chapter in the miserable history of the Redskins during the Dan Snyder years.

I would be.
Why? He's played poorly the past two years and seems to be a locker room issue. It's a sunk cost at this point, whatever value we can get from him is a gain.

One man does not make a team. Let's fix the OL first and then give him & KC a fear shot. I just don't understand most people saying give KC a chance but not RG3.

Since JG doesn't want him and Snyder does, I say Scot McC will make the final decision.
Any chance RGIII gets traded? Any truth to the rumblings that Coach and Owner aren't on the same page philosophically? #jkmailbag @john_keim

Keim: If it were up to the coach, Griffin would be gone. The owner, it appears, wants to keep him around another year. Griffin does not have a ton of supporters on the football side as far as feeling he can become the sort of franchise quarterback they once envisioned. So, no, I don't think they're on the same page. Not saying Jay Gruden is right or wrong in his assessment, just that they differ. I think the only way Griffin gets traded is if another quarterback comes back in return (probably obvious). Based on the coaches not having much confidence in him, anything is possible. But they'll have to convince the owner it's a smart move and I'm not sure they'll be able to do so.
Smfh at how far griffin has fallen from his rookie year...

Because KC was on pace for 5000 yards and 32 TDs. Yes, he had the turnover issue, but history shows that even the best QBs struggle with turnovers early on in their careers, and Cousins has only started 9 games.
And the O line wasn't nearly as big of an issue with McCoy and Cousins under Center. Why people insist the O-line is terrible is beyond me. Every Analyst, Coach, Scout and Pundit that has reviewed RG3's game film blame him for a vast majority of the protection issues.
The O-line can be improved, but RG3 will continue to make them look bad with his erratic play and inability to get rid of the ball.
It's not unreasonable to think Cousins can't get better after only 9 starts. It's entirely reasonable to pass judgment on RG3 after 36 starts.
