Jay appears clueless reading what Jay wrote, he gave "coach speak" to not throw another coach who has ties with him under the bus imo. i think jay knows Haz Mat is gone, so why damage his chances of getting another job elsewhere. jay wanted to bring in a D position coach from cincy to be his D coord ... until he was told who his D coord was (or that position coach was named D coord for cincy making him an ineligible lateral move candidate) .. choose whatever plot line fits your agenda. i choose the "he was told who his D coord is" b/c it fits my agenda that the DS and bruce are calling the shots still and jay is yet another HC thrown into an un-winnable situation.
