Short of Snyder firing everyone, stepping down from day-to-day operation and handing the keys to a professional GM (Ozzie Newsome) and Coach (Jim Harbaugh) no one worth a damn is coming here.

The failure to make adjustments during the game is a killer. We have made a few TE's pro bowlers this year. (NY, Indy, Minn, Philly, TB).

Do you realize that we let Mark Sanchez convert a 3rd and 25? Hazlett should have been fired right after that play. Right on the sideline for rushing 3 guys and playing that shit zone defense. Not as good Petitbone except for 85, Gibbs owned his ass during playoff time or huge game.

Well obviously we're all biased. Ryan I think was one of those guys that was a great coordinator but not a great head coach as he had no clue what to do with his offense. That why he failed as a head coach.
