out of all the mentioned candidates, i gotta say, barry doesn't look like a very good choice.

I understand coaches need talent, but the definition of a good coach is to make players BETTER than they are. To coach consecutive worst-in-league defensive performances means you truly suck, I don't care. I really can't understand how hiring losers who you know is better than hiring proven talent.
