Well obviously we're all biased. Ryan I think was one of those guys that was a great coordinator but not a great head coach as he had no clue what to do with his offense. That why he failed as a head coach.

Making it to the conference championship twice with Mark Sanchez while playing in the same division as the Patriots is a failure? 4-2 record in the playoffs.

Did this while having squat at the QB position. The GM has really been screwing Ryan. Tons of cap room and no moves to improve the roster. GW wasn't even with the Rams when that trade went down and that coin toss thing was clearly a doing of Jeff Fisher.

Fisher is the definition of mediocre. He's done basically nothing his entire career. I don't get the fascination people have with him in NFL circles.

I know what your saying.....he is purported to be a good dude, but he is a "mediocre" coach, no doubt
