Currently, there are 46 members of the RoF. The receivers on the list are:
Charley Taylor
Bobby Mitchell (Listed as a Flanker)
Gary Clark
Art Monk
Wayne Millner (listed as an end)
(Also, Jerry Smith, TE, is also included)
Obviously, there are many on the list of "80 Greatest Redskins" who are not in the RoF. The receivers on the "80 Greatest" but not on the RoF are Roy Jefferson and Ricky Sanders (Don Warren, TE - as an aside, surprised Clint Didier not on the 80 Greatest list).
So, should Santana leapfrog Jefferson and Sanders? Looking at the lists, I am not sure. the ROF is pretty exclusive, lots of HOF'ers keeping company there. In fact, you could make a case for the HOF for almost everyone on the list. While I think he is certainly on the next "80 Greatest" (or whatever number they next use), I think a case could be easily made that Santana doesn't quite make the RoF based on who is and isn't on the two lists. To me, it's really a borderline call and comes down to purely a matter of opinion.
