Avinash_Tyagi 10-29-2014, 11:39 AM Wow, Richmond highest watching outside of DC and Dallas...#buildthatstadiumhere
I don't see many people driving down to Richmond from the DC metro area to watch the Skins play
SmootSmack 10-29-2014, 11:42 AM If it were me, I would start Griffin as soon as possible. The only way to know if he's a "bust" really, is to put him out there
From what I'd heard it's not that he doesn't grasp the offense. It's that he's slow-odd to say when applying to RG3-but his timing is just off with the rest of the offense. He's just not in sync.
Mentioned this over the summer, but my feeling is he's a sensitive kid who's ego and feelings got badly bruised when he felt mistreated by his favorite coach growing up.
He needs a confidence boosting game, and I think he'll get his groove back. What better slump buster game than Tampa after the bye week?

Good point about TB being a confidence booster. Im on board for that.
Skins4L 10-29-2014, 12:37 PM Breeland all day. I just want them to keep sleeping on him. Hes still a rookie so he doesnt need that pressure, mistakes come with the territory for a young cb. One thing is certain he can MAN UP.
calia 10-29-2014, 01:30 PM BTW, great for Cobra Kai: Kai Forbath Earns Weekly NFC Honor (http://www.redskins.com/news-and-events/article-1/Kai-Forbath-Earns-Weekly-NFC-Honor/28913ea8-cac3-4bcd-ab53-ac7618dede3c)
Our special teams really showed up in Dallas. Let's hope we get more consistency there.
calia 10-29-2014, 01:33 PM Maybe this is what Djax was talking to Brandon Carr about during the game: DeSean Jackson Continues Bullying Education (http://www.redskins.com/community/article-1/DeSean-Jackson-Continues-Bullying-Education/356ac1a7-39cb-4c92-b4ff-acc15c6e3820)
In all seriousness, good to see this. For a guy who had a bit of a reputation coming to DC, he's appeared to be a good teammate and engaged in the community.
KI Skins Fan 10-29-2014, 02:26 PM Step One: Build an O-line that is better than average. Next year's draft: Round 1 - Best Safety on the board; Rounds 2-7 O-lineman every damn round and hope one or two stick. (Okay, maybe an ILB to replace Riley/Compton).
You say Step One is to build an O-Line and then you say draft a safety in round 1? Mr. Spock and I think that's illogical. If OL is your top priority, then you draft OL in Round 1 unless there is a very special player on the board when you draft who you just can't pass up (like Sean Taylor).
Nevertheless, I do agree with you that a top-notch OL is the foundation for a good football team. Dynasties are created by having Franchise QB's playing behind great OL's.
Chico23231 10-29-2014, 02:32 PM Why do we have to only draft Olinemen...im bout spending some ducks at this point. Drafting olineman, not really ballin in that catagory. We got Long, leribus and Moses, bring in legitimates vets on short deals and let these guys fight it out.
I think we go RB in 2nd round this year in draft. Linebacker is another spot we could be looking to draft high as well.
