<snip> and a big effort by the defensive players.<snip>

This is what it came down too, not Haslett. Without those forced fumbles, I bet Dallas sticks with the run late. And with them averaging well over 7 yards per carry, it's quite likely they would have scored. Meriweather and Breeland were hustling all game. Huge difference makers.

But like I said before, props to Haslett for his blitzes.

And WTF is up with these refs? In all seriousness, I think these effing zebras have it out for us. Bastards.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about anyone. Ive read so far today about Breeland not being that good, trading Garcon, trading Almo, the refs suck. They did but who gives a shit. FU Dallas! HTTR!

I thought it was the CBS crew. The ESPN crew was definitely laughing at the idea of the Skins winning when they were doing their picks.
Every ESPN analyst picked the Cowboys to beat the Redskins - The Washington Post (http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/dc-sports-bog/wp/2014/10/28/every-espn-analyst-picked-the-cowboys-to-beat-the-redskins/)

The media did kill RG3 for wanting to come back during the Seattle game, yet Romo is a f*cking hero for doing it.

Yeah that was some serious bullshit

The media feeds the BS though. How may time did we get a glimpse of ol' Jerrah last night? A dozen or so? How many times have you ever heard an owner interviewed mid-game? Never. What a joke. And our owner is the laughingstock. SMH

So true. I give Dan that much credit. The balls of Jerry to roll down on the sideline to tell Jason Tony is going back into the game. What a fucking putz.

Jerry Jones told Jason Garrett that Tony Romo 'would be back' - SBNation.com (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/2014/10/28/7082751/jerry-jones-jason-garrett-tony-romo-injury-cowboys)

Making a fuss? No. Pointing out unprofessional behavior? Yes. Tony was a bit out of line. You don't shove a reporter away like that. That's very unprofessional. I get it, it's hard dealing with the press at times but you simply have to act like a professional.

OK...were you there? Hard to judge the situation without having been there.

What I saw was a reporter (who apparently had been told no for an interview) GRAB McCoy and essentially kidnap him into an interview. Look at the guy, he has his arm around McCoy holding onto him. And Wylie was the one being unprofessional?

In this day and age when your defense holds a team to 17, especially on the road, then no excuses, we should win. Your right, cant ask anymore of the defense, plus they cause some biggggg turnovers

Exactly. Those guys were playing their asses off last night. Tackling was crisp, they forced some turnovers, for the most part they covered well, got some sacks. If the offense in the first half had their shit together that could've got ugly quick.

Are we really bitching about the PR guy after a great road win over Dallas???? SMH....

The play only ends that way when the offense crosses the goal line. Its a change of possession in the end zone. The defender can get up and try to run it out or declare himself down and get the ball at the 20. Same for kickoffs or punts that are caught in the end zone. He could have gotten up and ran around the end zone if he wanted, had he been tackled, its a touchback as long as he never leaves the end zone.

Having said that, if he does get up and run even without stepping out of the end zone then a fumble is live (so is the right to hit him). If that fumble hadnt gone out of bounds last night on the int, then its a refs decision as to whether he was declaring himself down (no fumble) or was he still live (fumble).

Editing to add: Since it was a 'possession change in the end zone' (yes... thats an important distinction), fumbling out of bounds is a touchback, not a safety.
Right...since the impetus for the ball entering the endzone was by us then the Cowboys could only have a touchback or a return...unless of course he ran out of the endzone and then back in.
