You just know we are going to limp along with 2 crap QBs for at least another season, then the FO will pick up RG3 5th year. They are never going to admit they bought a pig in a poke in Griffin and they got fleeced by the Rams. Just goes to show you that you can't fall in love with measurables, like 40 yard time.
Griffin never looked that bad.

I think the thread name needs to change to:
Griffin Out for Undetermined Time, Cousins by self is Undermined, time for Colt McCoy to shine.

I'm not going to hijack this thread with a topic change, but until the Redskins secondary can stop a WR/TE, it really won't matter who plays at QB. Even before Cousins started "pressing", the Redskins defense could not get off the field on 3rd down. No matter whom they put out there at QB, unless that guy can lead every drive to a TD, this team can't keep up, with its leaky Defense.

We are a run first offense. In order for that to work the defense has to be solid game in game out. Look at other run first teams and see how they are built compared to pass first teams.

Both sides have to play well... Cousins sucked the secondary sucks.
Time to see what Colt can do.

Griffin never looked that bad.
Well, he doesn't look that good when he is stuck on the bench. That is my point.
Griffin never looked that bad.
Robert is a non issue at this point. Can't get on the field...don't matter
A real shame if he cannot come back to some semblance of "dependable" health.

I disagree the 45 points were caused by Cousins. Turnovers kills a defense. Kirk needs to man up and stop throwing picks and realize sometimes you have to take a sack. I know it hurts.
Oh yeah he fumbled twice.
Sometimes Cousins had time to throw.
Cousin's problem wasn't that he didn't take sacks. His problem was awful accuracy. That's what led to int's.

What concerned me most about KC last night was that his passes went directly to the defenders. These weren't jump balls where our WRs got outplayed, or tipped passes, or ones where the WRs ran the wrong routes. They went directly to the defenders. I haven't ever seen anything quite like it, and I hope never to do so again.
So while the D was pathetic and surely didn't help (thanks for the helpful adjustments, Haslett -- not), I think a huge part of the blame here was KC and his terrible decisions to force throws.
