All I'm trying to say is lets give KC a chance. He is good, and he can only get better.

Watch me get my Dwight Schrute on...

False. There is no evidence qb's can only get better after 5 starts in the NFL. Just for shits and giggles, anyone remember Billy Volek? If memory serves, he had back to back 400 yard games for the Titans, and then went on to be a journeyman backup. Anyways, my only point is there is no reason to believe Cousins can only get better from here.

But everyone is all about RG3 and they want to do is talk about when RG3 will be back and ready to play. My thoughts and I believe, it really doesnt matter what KC does or how he plays, when RG3 gets back and feeling good, he will be back in and KC will be warming the bench.

Also, if I may, why do you think Cousins can only get better from here? Do you not feel the same way about RG3? Say what you want about his injuries but there's no way he calls it a career or decides to accept anything less than a starting job when he gets fully healthy.

Honestly I have no idea what road we're going to go down when both RG3 and Cousins are healthy. Anything is possible, especially in the winning-centric NFL. But I think the odds are just as good that we might've seen Cousins' career highlight game last week as they are that he will win a starting job somewhere once this "tryout" is over.

Prove me wrong Will...prove me wrong

Well that's silly, certainly I cannot prove a statement that is not based in facts wrong or right. If you are saying it is a fact that athlete's can't be smart I'm sure there are plenty of examples to the contrary. If you are saying prove RG3 is intelligent, well that's a bit subjective isn't it? What proof do you have that I can try to respond to?

Now, I don't know that RG3 can learn to change his style of play, but I don't think that has anything to do with his intelligence. In any field I'm sure their are people that are excellent at one thing, but can never learn other aspects of the job, or different approaches. People get used to what works for them, and sometimes it's really hard to break those tendencies. In RG3's case, it's hard to adjust your game when you can't stay healthy enough to even be on the field, and personally i think that is more to the crux of this matter.

Has RG3 really done anything for this team? Dont get me wrong, I like the guy. But he has pretty much been on the side line for most of all the seasons he has played in the NFL.

Everyone already pointed out the issues with the first statement, so I'll address the bolded part.

Griffin has started 30 of 35 games since joining the team in 2012. That's 85.7%. And three of the games he missed were due to being benched. So he's been on the sideline for roughly 15% of the games. In what world does 15% = 'most'?

Hi. You're making it awfully hard for me to troll. I guess I just don't have it in me. I'm just too decent a human being. Oh well

The problem with trolling is that the fish don't always bite.

The W/L record for the QB is the most ridiculous stat in football. Does the special teams have a W/L record too? Cause they're a big reason why we've lost two games. What about the defense? Do they get a W/L for last year cause they sucked?

RG3 is 3-11 in his last 14 starts. However, does he get a win cause he started the Jacksonville game? Or does KC get credit for that since he played most of the game. lol

It's the ultimate team game people. KC has played well enough in all of his starts except 1 to have won the game. The QB to a point is only as good as the team around him. The game last week was lost on teams, 10 point swing there and that's the game. I remember last years game against Kansas City. Rg3 was awful that day but it wouldn't of mattered if Montana was playing QB. Kansas City was returning kick/ punts for TD's when they got off the bus. lol. That L should go to the special teams, not RG3.

The whole truth, facts.....logic thing has become so tired.
Blah blah blah. A true fan has no need of
In 2012 Robert electrified the fanbase and it was a sweet ride! I for one won't take it lightly if he is unable to return to his original form. It cannot be denied that KC has shown some real talent on the field. My hope is we have our own version of Rivers/Bree's conundrum.
Let it plAy out and he truth will be revealed brother
HTTR

The Rivers/Bree's conundrum is by far the best we can hope for. I remember Gus vs. Heath. When you add the letting go of Trent Green, and running Brad Johnson out of town, the franchise has a really poor record with QB's over the past twenty years. To be in the situation you describe would be the best possible outcome, imaginable.

To add to my earlier post, just don't feel confident that this franchise will make the right choice in terms of picking the best QB. Hopefully, someone, either Griffin or Cousins steps up in such a big way that it is self evident who the franchise QB is.
