God why!! :madani: Anyway I like Paul. I follow him on Instagram and the dude works hard. Puts in a ton of time at the gym and in practice. Just wish we could see that effort translated onto the field at game time. over the mountain 09-09-2014, 05:22 PM Reed sadly seems to be made of glass. He could pull a hammy sneezing. I don't think changing technique will save him. multiple sports pundits have been saying many in the organization had a lot of frustration with Reed's unwillingness to play through pain last year. Cooley said reed seems to take longer to return from injury compared to other players with the same problem. basically, Reed doesnt like to play through pain and in the NFL, you are always going to be in pain. difference btw playing through pain (no or little risk of further injury) vs playing with injury (risk for further injury) both injuries really suck for us. i think we need all hands on deck and some luck to get this thing going in the right direction. NC_Skins 09-09-2014, 05:31 PM This is NOT fighting for extra yards....its a dumb play...9 out of 10 times you will get yourself hurt. 465e_X3PosM 9 out of 10 times you get hurt? WTF??....lol Saden, that's hyperbole on steroids. There was nothing wrong with that play there. Now if that's your QB, I would be agreeing with you, but I think you are overreacting about this play. Also, it looks like he didn't injure the hamstring until he was getting up. Notice he wasn't hurting until he after his move to get up. Looks like Crawford was cut from the PS as well. Wonder what the deal is? Need more depth at DL/TE? @Justin_Byram #Redskins release Richard Crawford from PS. saden1 09-09-2014, 05:51 PM Goddamn it! Why don't we have pro bowl back-ups for all our key players! It would be nice to have a pro-bowl TE but a halfway decent backup TE like Reed would do. Low blows and cheap shots are at a premium. Get em while supplies last! :laughing- SouperMeister 09-09-2014, 07:27 PM multiple sports pundits have been saying many in the organization had a lot of frustration with Reed's unwillingness to play through pain last year. Ghost of George Allen 09-09-2014, 07:39 PM Paul did a nice job stepping up, outside the fumble of course. Paul was great minus the fumble. Losing Reed is only bad from a depth point of view to me. Losing Cofield does hurt our D off the bat. |
