But I just don't get all excited cause we hear he's running around fast. He's not a RB and we need him to run less. What I like to hear is that he went out to see Terry Shea. Now that means something cause that tells me Griffin knows his fundamentals got sloppy last year and he's trying to improve in that area. Now that gets me excited!
