I'm trying to contact my F***** insurance provider to find out how to give them my f***** money and not even the f***** spanish option was able to fulfill my request to hablar con mi hermano.
The closest number I got to talking to a person gave me a message that all the f****** operators were in a training meeting. BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!! (http://youtu.be/3DPKf7y1F-Q)
Ironically the number on the back of my card eventually kept sending me to an urgent mental services and substance abuse hotline which surprisingly didn't get me to a person even after explaining to the machine that I was trapped in a motel bathroom with an 8ball and the spirit of a dead hooker who wouldn't stop talking to me as well as my invisible friend Bob who keeps trying to teach me Mayan Calculus.

In short all the "How to get a Person" websites led me to nothing but dead ends. I don't think I've been this pissed off in a longggggggggggggg time so with that said F AUTOMATED PHONE SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There's your problem. Pretty sure they're confused why you'd call them to talk with your brother.

Well okay FIRST OF ALL you'd think they'd let me talk to my brother if he was there. Still I don't see why you'd suggest I was calling them to talk to my brother.
Regardless they should have understood my follow up request when I told them in perfect Spanish "Me estoy perdiendo mis pantalones. żLos has visto?" Which for all you single language losers means "It is vital that a speak with a representative about the status of my account post haste."

Dealt with both. Neither of those two is fun. Kind of feel bad for the Comcast people that work Customer Service as I know a couple of them. After all its not their fault that the bosses have come up 4,948 different bs fees to charge people with.

My favorite one was a past cable internet provider when I didn't live in the middle of nowhere and forced to have satellite. Calling and pushing the option for internet service support while on hold you were bombarded by a pre recorded message telling you all the things that can be handled on their website. I am sure most people call internet tech support to see if they have no internet because there is an outage.
