In the article comment:

Kirk Cousins is below average. The only time her did something noteworthy, was that time he had one solid drive against the Ravens two years ago.

Would have to totally agree with that.

Actually two plays, RG3 led that drive on one leg. Cousins threw the TD and ran the two point conversion.

Well, there was also the win against Cleveland in 2012 that he started. Didn't play too bad either.

That's true, but that's about it: a drive against the Ravens and a game against the Browns. The rest of the time he's been middling or hide-your-eyes bad.

Cousins is an ok NFL QB and that's all.

Nope, doesn't count. It's Cleveland man.

Yup, pretty much.

While I do think he has a bit more talent than what he's showed here, I don't think he'll ever be more than a great backup/stopgap NFL starter.

Isn't that where our backup Colt McCoy came from?
In Cleveland, Colt McCoy lost his starting job to Brandon Weeden, then lost the back up QB role to Jason Campbell. What does that say about Colt?

I don't think Cousins has had enough of a look to really gauge what type of player he is or more importantly what he can be. His results so far are about what you can expect from a young QB with a handful of starts over 2 seasons.
