An extra wild card also would have meant a deserving team like the Cardinals could have gotten in this year. So it can go both ways.
I say why not? 14 teams out of 32 isn't a bad ratio. I'd rather add more playoff games than regular season games.
The main change I want to see is re-seeding the playoffs based on overall record.

More Wild Card Games likely to happen in 2015. What a horrible idea. We're going to start seeing teams with 8-8 and 7-9 records making the playoffs.
I agree. i hate the idea of playoff expansion and the idea of more regular season games.

As far as I'm concerned, more football = YAY for me.
I know people are worried it'll be a slippery slope, but 1-2 extra games is awesome in my opinion. Not only that, when we're a crap team, we're not mathematically eliminated until way later. :D
