Hey now that's like taking a jab at Tebow.

And we all know what that entails, but yes to Decker.

Decker likely would come with a steep price tag but he would drive the girls in DC crazy. I've heard several women swoon over him.

Eh he's alright. A little too frat boyish looking for me.

Wouldn’t be upset at all to see Decker here. Ultimately though it’s just reassuring to know we’ll be back in a position to make a move for some of the higher tier guys. That said, I would hope we don’t throw money around like confetti either (although I’m sure Bruce is on top of that). I’ve seen names like Byrd, Ward, Mack, Veldheer all lumped in together as guys we should be prioritising, and granted may all very well be elite players at their respective positions, but are also going to look for elite money. I’d personally prefer young, talented guys who won’t command astronomical fee’s, but whose ability or potential ceiling isn’t a reflection of that. Guys who have shown consistent progress from their rookie year is what I’m saying. I’d also hope durability is heavily considered.

Chris Clemons for example. Maybe not considered an elite safety, but a very good coverage guy all the same who potentially still has a few good years left due to his proven durability (only 3 games missed in 4 seasons). Alterraun Verner is also coming off the back of a very good season and is only 25 *as much as I’d like to believe we’re targeting Vontae Davis at corner, the Colts are much more settled than we are right now and I can’t see either parties wanting a split*. Another who is intriguing me is Linval Joseph. He’d likely be on the more costly side, but if we are indeed sticking to the 3-4 may very well be the kind of candidate who could occupy the NT position and free up Cofield to play end. Not to mention we’d also be weakening a divisional opponent.

Are there two Clemons?

Are there two Clemons?

Yup. One is a defensive end for Seattle whereas the other plays free safety for Miami. I was referring to the latter. :)

We might be better served using the 2nd round pick on a WR or DT. There are gonna be some real steals at 34. O-line should not be picked before 3rd round unless its an elite left tackle. Free agency safety and corner. 3rd round elite guard. 4th round guard. Free agency WR, safety, corner.

3rd round ELITE guard? Good luck with all that

Redskins’ Joshua Morgan says Mike Shanahan wouldn’t meet with him (http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/dc-sports-bog/wp/2014/01/15/redskins-joshua-morgan-says-mike-shanahan-wouldnt-meet-with-him/?tid=pm_sports_pop)

I'll post this here. I think Josh Morgan fell out of favor because he didn't want to play special teams. I'd bring him back at a reduced price.

I don't know about Shanny, but he fell out of favor with me because he can't play.

Morgan?.....pffffftttt....cut him, he's a waste of a jersey.
He was 7th on the team in receptions. 20 catches. 8 less than Logan Paulsen.
