So Gruden used to show his WRs film on Garcon? high praise, cant understand people still hate on a top 10 receiver.
Well, Garcon is no Jabar Gaffney.

Chico23231 01-09-2014, 05:43 PM He was there, sitting in the audience. SS nice call on Gruden from way back. Whats your call on DC? SmootSmack 01-09-2014, 05:46 PM SS nice call on Gruden from way back. Whats your call on DC? Not sure JoeRedskin 01-09-2014, 05:58 PM Not sure That's not cutting it pal. Hit the streets. Get the info and get it back here. C'mon man!! ... slacker. TenandSix:Unacceptable 01-09-2014, 06:00 PM Keep up the Haslett bashing folks. We all know that Snyder doesn't run the Redskins, nor does RG3... We do. The Redskins are essentially a PR firm masquerading as a pro football team. The negative fan response to Haslett's retention has already forced them to delay the official announcement and say there will be an interview process led by Gruden. WillH 01-09-2014, 06:03 PM That was a neat press conference. I think Jay looked a little green behind the ears at the beginning, (of course the obnoxious 2 first questions didn't help), but he handled it well. I love that he said he didn't believe the stories that you guys write. As the questions went on he seemed to settle in getting more and more comfortable letting his personality come out. When told, "there have been reports that Sean McVay will be your OC," Jay responded sarcastically, "Oh yeah? Good for him." He seemed particularly comfortable and showed most passion talking about being a head coach and why he felt ready for that position. A lot of the substance of what he said was pretty generic and safe, but I think he did a great job of handling his first press conference as head coach, especially facing the Washington media, and letting us get a glimpse of the kind of coach that we and he all hope he will be. rypper11 01-09-2014, 06:06 PM Really liked his candor. Gotta think he has some DCs in mind to run a 34. Didn't want an offensive coach but am happy. Ruhskins 01-09-2014, 06:07 PM Keep up the Haslett bashing folks. Cooley just had some interested comments regarding the issues Haslett had with Shanahan and his interference with the defense. over the mountain 01-09-2014, 06:16 PM i cant find video of the presser. usually i go to redskins.com but didnt see it and CSN only has 1 min snippets. anyone got a link? please and thanks SmootSmack 01-09-2014, 06:19 PM That's not cutting it pal.
