Again, nothing special about his offense above the big time playmakers he has to work with. No HC experience. That team is led by the defense and defensive coaching.

On a personal level I hate the drunk driving. Seen too many lives ruined by it. I think the only way Gruden gets an HC job is because of his brother and all the connections to BA, which means he's our guy. Maybe Cleveland would take a chance on him because it's such a shit franchise but even that I doubt.

He does have HC experience. You'd do yourself a great deal of service if you would research something. It's about as lame as you commenting on the play of the team when you didn't even watch the game. C'mon man.

All I want to know about Gruden is, does he have the passion to kick his opponents ass? If he does, then hire him. I want a Jim Harbaugh type, someone who hates to lose.

From this list either Bevell or Fewell. My dream pick Shaw. Joey T. said some interesting things today:

Joe Theismann on Redskins: ‘This year was a total disaster’ (http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/dc-sports-bog/wp/2014/01/02/joe-theismann-on-redskins-this-year-was-a-total-disaster/)

I like Del Rio too. I think me and Joe T are the only ones. Lol.

I'm a Del Rio fan, I would like to see who he would pick as his OC, also Horton should be mentioned.

Andy Dalton is not a big time playmaker, for starters. And Jay Gruden is quite creative with the playmakers (and non-playmakers) he does have.

The Search For The Next Redskins Head Coach: Cincinnati Bengals Offensive Coordinator Jay Gruden (http://httr24-7.com/blog/the-search-for-the-next-redskins-head-coach-cincinnati-bengals-offensive-coordinator-jay-gruden/)

He does have HC experience, just not at the NFL level. But neither did Joe Gibbs, John Harbaugh, Bill Parcells, Bill Cowher, and so on when they got their first jobs and won Super Bowls with them.

As for the drunk driving, maybe you should get to know the personal lives of other successful coaches as well.

I'd like to see how Gruden would scheme around rg3 ability as a runner. When you talk about other OC coaching candidates, bevell and say like roman, these guys have develop athletic qb with the ability to gain large chunks on the ground. Could Gruden do that with the 3rd or would he go the route of dalton development in a more traditional pocket passer?

Dalton ran the ball on zone some read option plays today.
