SO Bruce is staying as GM?
He and Morrocco Brown will lead the front office basically. That's what I got from that.

It's official: Shanahan firedchrisl13 12-30-2013, 03:14 PM SO Bruce is staying as GM? He and Morrocco Brown will lead the front office basically. DynamiteRave 12-30-2013, 03:19 PM How much impact do you guys think RG3 had on this decision? The guy left Redskins Park without speaking to the media and hasn't endorsed Shanahan like other players (Reed Doughty, Chris Neild, etc.) have done on twitter and in public. Can we deem RG3 a "Coach Killer"? I really like the guy but I'm starting to see how he really is. Stubborn and doesn't like to be told what to do. Surprise! RG3 is actually the owner and fired Shanahan himself. You know, with all that pull RG3 has and that the entire Redskins locker room and organization is a-okay with. Because if you don't publicly endorse your old shitty HC, you must obviously want his head on a stake. sandtrapjack 12-30-2013, 03:24 PM This just in. Kyle Orton caught trying on Tony Romo's panty hose. Cute. I look at it this way. Shannahan maybe done in DC, but he'll never have to pay for a beer in St Louis in appreciation for delivering the Rams the #2 overall pick in the draft. And if the next HC does not do better than say 6-10 in 2014, they'll get another top 10 pick and Shannahan gets the key to the city. ArtMonkDrillz 12-30-2013, 03:26 PM Cute. I look at it this way. The number 2 overall pick in the '14 draft completes the trade. mooby 12-30-2013, 03:28 PM No, you're wrong. The number 2 overall pick in the '14 draft completes the trade. Shhhhh, don't let facts get in the way of a good ol' fashioned trolling. tc2deuce 12-30-2013, 03:29 PM Cute. I look at it this way. WRONG. we get back the 1st round draft pick after this draft Chico23231 12-30-2013, 03:29 PM One thing Ill take away from this season is the fact Skins knocked out Romo for the season effectively knocking them out the playoffs for a second year in a row JGisLordOfTheRings 12-30-2013, 03:30 PM Cute. I would definitely make a point to at least have a CLUE what you are speaking about if you are going to needle. I will say it was fun watching Orton toss that Romo-esque pick last night though. Different QB, same result. HonoluluBlue 12-30-2013, 03:31 PM It's become clear to me, and I think to a lot of people, that Shanahan was largely the beneficiary of coaching John Elway in his prime. If it wasn't for that he would have never been as successful as he was. I don't see him finding another job now. |
