I went with Jansen. I think the oline was very meidocre and he will add alot. I'm also very excited to see Arrington for obvious reasons. However; I am very excited to see Matt Bowen back in action this year. I know he's not the best cover guy, but they were blitzing him like crazy last year and it worked alot! I cant wait for September.

jasen, hands down we now know who the captian of the guard is. it's not samuels but jansen. the line never recovered from his loss. main reason why the offense sucked last year.

I'm not going to bash Bowen, but I think we are all being a little premature in saying how his return will bolster the D so much. He only played in what, one game? I DID like the fact that, unlike Smoot, he DID end up actually hitting the QB when he blitzed.

I went with Jansen. He may be the best most consistent player on the team. He is also the unquestioned leader of the offense. The O-line and the entire team missed him badly.

Jansen without a doubt! He will help us out tremendously with the offensive line this year! Our D appears to be quite flexible (not in the sense of playing but being able to plug in other players), so I feel Arrington's "comeback" will be overshadowed by Jansens.

I would like to think it would be overshadowed, but we all know how publicity goes with the offensive line. Jansen will come back and Portis will rush for 1500+ yards and it will be all "the great running of Portis." Also, being the big star Arrington is, I just have this feeling that Jansen will not get his credit when it is due.

Only the "educated" fans like us will really notice and give him his props.

Sean Taylor and Lavar Arrington on the field at the same time for sixteen games. The oppossing offense will need 14 players. :biggthump

i think jansen and arrington will both have great comeback seasons. lavar has playmaker ability, which should result in more turnovers for us, and jansen will boost the offensive line and he is the unquestioned leader of the o line, but i think we should cut bowen. he had a couple good games last year, but we did fine without him(don't mention arrington because he is uncomparable to bowen in terms of talent) but if we did keep him i would like to see what he would be like at cornerback. or maybe they could move ryan clark or another safety to cornerback to fill smoot's void.
