2014 salary cap....and the money we have

with all of this talk about the 36 million dollar penalty, how much will the skins have to spend next season?

On the case. I'm analyzing as we speak. Eventually I'll do one of those Cap Status threads, but I'll put some general comments here.

It's a buttload. $36 million looks to be about on it. Some of that would have to be used to resign departing players that we wanted to keep (Orakpo). But yeah, we will not be limited by $ this year, it will be a matter of whether there are enough valuable players available on the market.

with a quick glance, what does it cost the skins to part ways with fletcher and morgan?

I thought Flecther was on a 2 yr deal that ends this year?
