The re-sign Orakpo thread

What is the likelihood of the Skins putting the non exclusive franchise tag on Orakpo? The Skins would only have to offer him 120% of this years salary and be given the choice to match any offer another team made. Plus if he did leave the Skins would get 2 first round draft picks.

Wouldn't over pay him, if a team wants him bad enough to overpay then adios. He has had a decent season, but I want him to have an impact in big games and in big situations during games.

Yeah he never seems to have a huge game early on in seasons when games are really on the line, it's nice his last 5 games but where is the consistency

Orakpo did reach double-digit sacks for the first time since his rookie season......I think he deserves an extension.

He said it's taken him a while to get confidence back due to the injury. Completely understandable and it's not like the guy ever loafs it. He also wants to stay here.

I know the Giants would like to have him , all players will say they want to stay with the team they are on but most take the money .

Injured again vs Dallas. While I'm not totally against re-signing him I think the Skins should be careful about how they do it. No way would I break the bank on this guy.
