I find it funny that while everyone is bashing the crap out of MS, and he deserves a lot of heat, the current vets on this team seem to have his back.

As far as Plummer is concerned, his career was in the toilet until MS signed him. MS wants his QB to live at the facility during the off season and Plummer wasn't willing to do that.

I think going from a bad team with zero talent around him to a better one in Denver helped him too. He had one excellent year in Denver. Not sure Shanny was such a genius.

Shanahan is a genius and he is never wrong about quarterbacks!!!
