That seems a bit harsh

I voted yes but simply because he's playing so poorly. Cooley's breakdown pretty much confirms what the Shanahan's are looking at on film.

Why? The best thing we could have is for KC to come out and play well so he has some trade value. Teams seem to only need a small window of playing time to over pay for a QB.

I dont think anybody is saying Griff is having a great year. I think what most people are questioning is the timing by Shanahan. This is being turned into a Cousins vs Griff thing. Imo it is Shanny trying to win and save his job (playing Griff vs Seattle, playing Griff in week one, playing Griff through his season of struggles), vs Shanny saying FU to Snyder and Griff on his way out. There is just no way that Shanny is trying to protect Griffs future. No way. If that was the case you dont start him in week one. You dont leave him in a game with one leg.

Shananigans is banking on Cousins playing well against the two worst defensive teams in football.
If KC plays well, He can skip town with the fan and media focus on the QB controversy and not his failed tenure in DC.

This is not about RG3, KC or the Redskins organization.
Mike is trying to manipulate his way out of a bad situation.

I voted not sure on the poll. I understand both sides of the argument. I don't disagree with pulling him (I do however, disagree with the motives behind it) but I can completely understand and support the idea of him finishing the season.

At this point I think I'm just apathetic and I'm like... Meh.

Cooley's breakdown pretty much confirms what the Shanahan's are looking at on film. What I'll say about the film is this: early in the year, it was very easy to tell what Griffin is struggling with and what he was doing well. As the season has gone on, it's gotten far more ambiguous. Some of the struggles in recent weeks is the result of some horrific offensive design. Others is because of declining mechanics. And some weeks, Griffin looks fine and developed and healthy and nothing makes any sense.

There's an element of Griffin needs to play better -- but its gotten buried in a sea of sh-t as the season has gone on. The Redskins offense has done a reverse Tampa Bay this year.
