Lovie is one of the coaches that has the cache to pass on a HC job and IF Dungy doesn't like the Redskins situation Lovie could possibly feel the same way. who knows? just connecting dots

Obviously I'm biased in favor of the Skins but I still objectively think DC is the franchise with the most potential that will also be looking for a new HC, with Detroit as a possible tie.

Houston doesn't have a QB, and Lovie should know the importance of that simple fact given he'd have a ring, maye two, if he had a QB instead of Rex in Chicago.

We've got the QB, two RBs featuring different but both impressive skill sets, TEs, a breakout WR and franchise LT. We need a few olineman and another legit wr the offense is set. I think Lovie would make the current defensive personnel top ten. Add a standout safety and depth at corner and LB and we're set.

Detroit is in all sorts of contract trouble. I think that's the worst job. Except Oakland.

Tennessee and Washington are about in the same spot.

I'd rank the eight jobs likely to be open from worst to best:

-Oakland
-Detroit
-Washington
-Tennessee
-Houston
-New York Jets
-Minnesota
-Tampa Bay
-New York Giants

How are basing this? Giants not gonna be opened. It won't be opened if Coughlin wants to come back.

One of these years, Belichick is going to step down. And in true Pats fashion, you won't hear any rumblings until it's done.

Oakland has high picks and $$$ so they have a chance to really get better

We have a ton of cap space. And as bad as we are this year, well have a high first round pick next year too.... Oh wait.

I think Lovie like Gregg Williams would be an average coach at best.
This is what I think when I hear the name Lovie:
