BTW ... one of the most successful owners during the Gibbs era? Eddie DeBartalo. Guy hung out in locker rooms and was a HUGE fan of his players.

Bill polian said yesterday that manning and Jim Kelly basically.told the owners what to do and what they wanted was always there for them.

That is correct I would not!! In business you learn not to befriend your direct reports. If you do they will more than likely take advantage of you. That is business 101.. If my boss had a relationship with one of my reports, I would feel hampered in how I could discipline that report. The problem is Synder was the kid who was picked last in backyard sports, probably picked on in high school, and now wants to be one of the cool kids.. Who by the way sucks at Madden in Franchise mode...

Not so ignorant to know this owner has been the worst owner for 20+ years.. Can you tell me one thing he has done well since buying this team?

In case you guys forgot, Synder was the one who coveted Shanahan. He's the one who wined and dined Mike trying to hire him while Zorn was still coaching.. Mike didn't magically appear. This was another Dan blunder.. How many years of failure do you guys need to realize he is a horrible owner. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone with you guys defending the sniffer..

He's a losing owner no doubt, guy has done nothing since buying the team can't argue that
