The same type of morn that changes the coaches every 2 or 3 years. I am not advocating keeping Shanny, but don't blame Synder for the crappy play that goes on the coaching staff. We all wanted him to stay out of these matters and he has, we cant have it both ways. He has kept his distance and let the football people handle things and if after this season he wants to move then so be it.

All good points, with possible exception three years is probably enough time for a quality coach to get his house in order, especially the discipline and preparedness factors for both players and coaches.

I still think we knew everything after year two that we know today.

It always seems to be the Patriots that have calls decide games, NO, NYJ, CAR, and now Cleveland. I'm sure there were others as well but those were the late calls that I can remember.
