The play calling got complacent quite quickly last night. I would like some reasons for that. We clearly didn't make adequate in game adjustments.

When we got the turnover early second half, Kyle called triple option to the short side. When Moss or Garcon motioned to the backfield, the Giants re aligned their Linebackers and shifted to the short side. First, why are we running a triple option to the short side, second, when we motioned WR to the backfield everybody knows what we are about to run and when you see the Giants adjust with LB (thats what good coaches do, they make adjustments at halftime) you need to get out of the play. Its a trainwreck on offense.

I like how people are still fired up at this point, like you were expecting anything different from this team last night? lolMiserable performances by the OL and receivers, to me those two units are glaring reasons why the offense struggles to maintain any consistency. I'm tired of seeing Polumbus and Chester getting schooled and how many dropped passes can you have in one night? Unreal.

On defense what else can you say, the cupboard is so bare outside of Hall, Rak, Kerrigan, Cofield, and probably Riley. All the rest are scrubs and shouldn't even be starting.

Hey at least that 2nd rd pick will be a high one eh?

Honestly I was. The Giants are not a good team, they are beatable and we're at home. And the team came out strong last night for the first effing time all year. I had hope Matty. Its just frustrating to see the offense sputter again in the second half, the drop passes, argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One thing killing me are the stupid f*cking penalties: the multiple unsportsman like, the kicking of the ball by garcon, the false start by FD...This is stuff we can control.

Yep We never make any adjustments, I knew we weren't going to keep scoring like we did in the 1st

I think you are looking at this the wrong way. While we still need to find out whether RG3 is a franchise qb, the expectations are the same. If Tom Brady was a first rounder the expectations for him would be the same. Russell Wilson isn't held to lower standards because he was a third rounder a bad season is a bad season. We as fans may place higher value on it but if you are putting them out there as a starter it matters not where they were drafted.

couldn't agree more

Even more first of all, why are we running the triple option period?

I imagine this conversation between them last night.
Chester: That 91 dude is pretty good.
Polumbus:Yeah someone should block him
Chester: Yeah

LMAO !!! Davis and Garcon's conversation after the game , Davis " If it weren't for the Giants , I would have made that catch ,DAMN " !! Garcon, yeah ,,,,,, me too !!!

Maybe Mike and Kyle are being " evaluated " for coaching job's in the Big 12 conference ?

WTF was that on our last series where they moved the chains and said we had a first down. we run a play then they say its 4th down... how can they change that? down does decide what play you call and could have made a difference.. I know our play wasn't good but still that was highway robbery. refs need to be investigated. maybe Mara paid them

To put this in perspective of how bad that mistake by the refs was, if this exact same scenario happened in baseball:

Bottom 9th, bases loaded, Nationals up to bat and down by 1.
Batter has 2 strikes on him.
Batter takes outside pitch, called a ball.
Next pitch hits batter to bring home tying run.
Umpire says "You know, I think the pitch before that last one might have hit the outside corner, I'm changing it to strike 3. You're out, New York wins.

Bottom line, ONCE ANOTHER PLAY IS RUN, YOU CANNOT GO BACK AND CHANGE THE CALL OF A PREVIOUS PLAY! YOU MUST GO WITH WHAT WAS CALLED ON THE FIELD!

Now I know how Raiders fans must have felt in the "tuck rule" game. That was the worst screw-up by refs I've seen happen to our team. Inexcusable and once again, Mara gets help. The Giants always seem to get help. I don't think it's a coincidence.

I have no doubt that this game would have gone to ovetime, if we didn't go for 2. RGIII has been very reliable in last-minute drives and overtimes....he just finds a way to get it done when the game is on the line. Unfortunately, we're not in the position to win often enough this year.

What are you talking about Matty, it's all the coaches' fault. Just replace them and everything will be okay.
