Rib was definitely in the plans to be a starter by midseason. Did he come in 60 lbs overweight? I don't know, but if he did I'm curious where he is now

He played a great game. However, you seem to be brushing with broad strokes. There are games that RG3 has played well and people failed him -- but there are games where he failed the team as well. He's going through the struggles of a young QB. What concerns me, is he seems to have lost the trust/respect of his WRs. Regardless of whoevers fault that is, if it is the case it's bad.
