So ... to move up 17 spots in the second round. MIA is giving us there 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th? Can't see that happening.

Can't see that happening.I don't like the notion of trading down if there are players whose values we like at that point in the draft. in 2011, Shanny traded down from #10 to #16 to get Kerrigan and a couple more picks in later rounds (3 & 4?). JJ Watt and Robert Quinn were on the board at 10. I know hindsight is 20/20, but those guys must be accounted for EVERY single play. Kerrigan is a good to very good player, but I don't know that he will ever be a dominant player the way those guys are.

This guy would make a nice Round 2 pick for us.

No way, draft OL and front 7 on D the whole damn draft. Can sign WR and secondary help in FA.

The Redskins invest all this in RG3 it is dumb for him not to have weapons. Might as well go all in, because you are already all in. I know some want Cousins so they like the idea of undermining RG3's success.

It is also dumb not to invest in players that can protect him. I think if there is a receiver and a linemen available and they have the same grade, the Skins should always go with the linemen.

This guy would make a nice Round 2 pick for us.

Are you serious? OL and DL. This team hasn't built the lines adequately since Gibbs 1. Retool the team from the football out, get your linemen in the draft and sign inexpensive FA until the draft can fill all of the holes. 3 draft cycles should do it.
